The founder Dr. Basheer Alrashidi; PhD in Psychology from Ohio State University, PhD in Leadership Management from Dundee University, and the creator of “How to deal with yourself”, “Self Leadership”, and “Response” Theory. These theories have been developed and improved on in the course of 30 years of experience and as a result thousands of people’s lives and whole organizations have benefited many lives and organizations both directly and indirectly. In 2009, Injaz Consulting & Training expanded its services into both the organizational (hard) and human (soft) business perspectives. Injaz came up with a new slogan, “Business Solutions and Employee Empowerment”. Injaz is dedicated in working closely with managers to empower their organizations by offering business solutions in strategy, politics and culture.
